Easter Miracle? Virgin Mary Spotted In Cherry Tree

Oh boy. Do I hate my life right now! Isn’t that sort of thing the sort of thing most bloggers write about? Everthing is so boring and painfully static. Nothing changes or changes so slow that you feel like you’re going to go nuts. Everyone else is making progress somewhere fast - they’re chatting up people of the opposite gender from the congregation and forming really solid friendships. Just as bad as that, you start being nice to someone who you hate talking to and all of a sudden they comment that you haven’t spoken to them properly in months, have heaps to talk to you about and shall call you later that week. Great… I hate it when someone’s definition of “talking” actually means listening to mind-numbling stuff. Is this a good time to inject 72 units of rapidly-acting insulin in one go?

Anyway, one of the few remaining pleasures I have in my life are articles where there are Marian apparitions.

So some guys were chopping down a tree and see Mary in the tree rings. The article even includes video news footage! That’s really helpful because the actual picture is way too tiny.

Holy Prepuce

Wikipedia has a List of Unusual Articles.

The articles include Space opera in Scientology doctrine, which I have read before and an article about Religious pareidolia - a major theme in this blog.

Most surprisingly, there’s a page about Holy Prepuce. I can’t believe people would bother spending time seriously considering what happened to Jesus’ foreskin after he was circumcised as is the Jewish custom.

Holy Toast

A LOT of things have happened to me recently. However, I can’t be bothered writing about them right now.

Yesterday, at the airport, I bought one of these toast stamps. I’m really looking forward to using one of these. It was $5 well spent. I wonder what Jesus would think of this.
